Dear members of The Korean Society of Anesthesiologists and foreign colleagues,

This year the 96th Korean Society of Anesthesiologists Conference will be held as an international symposium for 3 days from October 31(Thu) to November 2(Sat) 2019 at Incheon Paradise Hotel.

KoreAnesthesia has developed into an international academic conference thanks to your efforts and support. Last year, approximately 3,000 participants from 26 countries participated, of which 250 were international participants, and the conference has achieved remarkable results.

We have signed an MOU with ASA, ESA and other overseas societies, and international exchange through this will enhance the international status of Korean Society of Anesthesiologists. Also, our KoreAnesthesia will grow into the most prominent and valuable conference in Asia.

This year, we will invite internationally renowned speakers to discuss the latest trends in anesthesiology. Academic sessions, education courses and workshops covering all areas of anesthesia and pain medicine will serve as a nurture for coping with the rapidly changing medical environment.

Our conference is the festival ground for the Korean Anesthesiologists. We chose Incheon Paradise Hotel to satisfy the academic achievement of our members and to have a pleasant experience as a member. Please join us and share fellowship. We believe that it’s an enjoyable conference where family members could come and have a good time.

We sincerely appreciate to all those who have contributed to the conference and accepted the lecture, so that KoreAnesthesia2019 will be able to learn the latest insights in anesthesiology and become a heated discussion forum.

Dear members of Korean Society of Anesthesiologists and International Attendees

I am highly delighted to announce our International Congress of the Korean Society of Anesthesiologists (KoreAnesthesia2019).

As our deeply rooted historic society chairperson, I feel a strong sense of responsibility for hosting this conference.

Since “Korean Society of Anesthesiology” was founded in 1956, we have achieved remarkable progress thanks to the effort of our all members, including past presidents and Chairmen.

It is no exaggeration to say that the operation system of the society, the academic activities, the level of the papers and the journal, and the level of clinical management of the members are the highest in Korea.

The KoreAnesthesia has grown with such an elevated status of the society, and it will be comparable to the leading medical conferences in Korea both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Nowadays, due to the rapidly changing domestic and overseas medical environment and the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, many changes are required. In this situation, KoreAnesthesia is not only the best academic conference in Korea but also the center of international academic exchange. We are trying to accomplish our goal through this 96th Korean Society of Anesthesiologists Conference.

Over 250 international participants from 26 countries in the 2018 academic year show that international exchanges are becoming more active. There are fruitful programs with special lectures by various international speakers in KoreAnesthesia2019 as well and we kindly encourage to your active participation for this great conference.

We look forward to a meaningful and enjoyable time to share academic exchanges and friendship with the participants as we finish 2019 in November.
